Health Plan Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Data Analyst II (Facets Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, report, track, and monitor provider data across various business functions
• Serve as Project Manager for select Health Partner Lifecycle initiatives and develop Performance Improvement initiatives
• Coordinate activities related to provider network data management and prepare NCQA documentation for assigned markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of data analysis or experience in a health care setting
• Experience with Cognizant Facets Provider application
• Managed care experience is preferred
• Project management experience is preferred
