Head of/VP of Marketing

Reports To – Parker Ence (CEO & Cofounder)
Location – Draper, UT or Remote
Responsibilities:

Lead the Marketing function at Jump (Product Marketing, Demand, Brand) supporting growth from $XX million ARR to $XXX million ARR.
• Lead Product Marketing Strategy and Execution: Define positioning and messaging across SMB, Mid-Market/Enterprise, and Strategic/Financial Institutions; drive sales and channel enablement.
• Drive Demand /Growth Marketing: Generate pipeline to support direct sales and PLG through digital marketing, events, field marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and conversion funnel optimization, ensuring efficient LTV/CAC and ROI.
• Reinforce Brand and Category Leadership: Develop and maintain brand guidelines; manage analyst, consultant, and key opinion leader (KOL) relationships.
• Manage High-Performing Team: Inherit, recruit, and lead a top-tier marketing team.
• Provide Accurate Reporting: Oversee marketing analytics and data stack, from daily dashboards to board-level reporting.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Success (CS), Customer Experience (CX), and Finance teams to drive overall company direction and performance.
• Contribute to Company Excellence: Actively help build Jump into an exceptional, career-defining place to work.

Results & Outcomes: What Success Looks Like in this Role
• Maintain and continuously update product marketing foundation and GTM strategy.
• Achieve pipeline and ARR growth goals across direct sales, channel/partner, and PLG.
• Improve funnel conversion rates and win rates.
• Establish market leadership and enhanced brand presence through market share growth, category shaping, analyst rankings, and thought leadership.
• Achieve GTM success with high-efficiency (LTV/CAC, campaign ROI, ROAS).
• Build and sustain a high-quality marketing team.
• Provide reliable and timely marketing analytics and data reporting at both board and operational levels.
• Demonstrated strong contributions to company leadership and effective collaboration across departments to position Jump as a world-class company.

About You
• You want to have real impact rapidly growing an early stage AI vertical software company serving financial advisors and other financial services
• You’ve led B2B SaaS marketing scaling the company from low double digit ARR to high double digit or triple digit ARR, with both PLG and sales-led motions
• You are a product marketing expert who knows how to create compelling positioning and drive adoption
• You’ve built and managed high-performance, cross-functional teams (product marketing, demand gen, brand, and PR)
• You know what world-class, high velocity marketing execution looks like you move super fast
• Preferred: Industry experience marketing technology/software to financial services (wealthtech, advisortech, fintech, or similar)
• You are located in Utah, willing to relocate to Utah, or are comfortable working remotely (note that Jump’s current marketing team is all remote)
