Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate the governance constitution, operating manuals, and upgrade procedures
• Manage program and vendor relationships to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects
• Publish governance analytics and represent the organization at major events and discussions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in governance architecture and policy development
• Strong background in program and vendor management
• Proficiency in product delivery, including frontend, backend, and smart contract upgrades
• Ability to engage and build community trust among delegates and token-holders
• Knowledge of AI integration in governance processes
