Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data Implementations & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team for the implementation and maintenance of data feeds from various sources
• Develop and scale operational processes for data and network configuration to enhance efficiency and quality
• Act as the senior leader for data implementations, representing the team in strategic meetings and overseeing complex troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced startup or high-growth organization
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with accountability for performance goals
• Strong data fluency and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset for process improvement
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Preferred experience with healthcare data sets and knowledge of data exchange tools and protocols
