Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data to design, lead, and scale its data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide data strategy
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and integrations
• Oversee compliance with relevant standards and implement data governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise data strategy in high-compliance environments
• 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, or related fields; 3+ years in leadership
• Strong background in governance, ETL/ELT, and real-time data integration
• Experience with Databricks or similar big data platforms
• Proficiency with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
