A company is looking for a Head of Processing Acquirer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams in the payment processing ecosystem
• Participate in the design and development of backend services related to card processing systems and payment gateways
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while enhancing product functionality and ensuring compliance with best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fintech or payment processing environment
• 3+ years of backend development or system analysis experience focused on card processing systems
• Deep knowledge of card processing architecture and security protocols
• Expertise in global standards such as ISO 8583, EMV Chip, and PCI DSS
• Experience designing and deploying scalable systems for high-volume financial transactions
