The Construction Project Manager will oversee the inspection, scope creation, and construction cycle of single-family rental properties. The primary goal is to ensure that all projects are accurately budgeted, completed on time, completed within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams, general and specialty contractors, and various specialty vendors to achieve successful outcomes for the company’s rental portfolio.
