We provide a 360° property management service, helping homeowners maximize their rental income while handling marketing, bookings, guest communication, and property maintenance.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and drive our software development projects.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee software development initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The role involves working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Project Documentation: Write detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, and technical requirements, ensuring clear communication among all team members.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with developers, designers, and other team members to efficiently allocate tasks and responsibilities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical tasks.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and roadblocks early, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct software testing to ensure high standards of functionality, usability, and performance before deployment.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress using project management tools and provide regular updates to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management within a technical development environment.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of software development processes, web technologies, and technical concepts.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
