Position Overview:
As a Groups Travel Coordinator Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating travel arrangements for groups, including corporate retreats, family reunions, and special events. Your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will ensure that every aspect of the journey is seamless and enjoyable for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their group travel needs and preferences.
  • Design and implement customized travel itineraries for groups, focused on creating memorable experiences.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best accommodations, transport, and activities for groups.
  • Coordinate logistics and manage bookings for all aspects of group travel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution of their trips.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or changes that arise promptly.
