Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to architect revenue systems for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build autonomous AI SDRs for prospect research and personalized messaging
• Develop lead scoring and enrichment pipelines, and create AI-powered personalization engines
• Design automated lead routing logic and implement predictive models for churn prevention

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering or revenue operations in B2B SaaS
• Expert-level proficiency with n8n and advanced mastery of Clay
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with REST API design and event-driven architecture
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and revenue metrics
