Key Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the website and landing pages
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using relevant tools
• Analyze results for statistical significance and translate insights into actionable next steps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth experimentation roles
• Proven track record of designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and behavioral analytics tools
• Expertise in test planning and prioritization frameworks
• Familiarity with UX best practices and conversion-centered design
