Role Description

In this role, you’ll own top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate coordination across multiple roles and teams. You’ll partner closely with our Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to shape search strategies, manage interview logistics, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. 


Responsibilities
  • Source and engage top-tier technical candidates 
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams 
  • Keep our ATS updated and pipelines moving 
  • Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess fit and alignment 
  • Champion a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience 


Required Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sourcing and/or coordination 
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology 
  • Startup experience or a track record of working in fast-paced environments 
  • Clear communicator, highly organized, and candidate-focused 
  • Experience screening technical candidates 
  • Bonus: experience with Lever 


$95,000 - $125,000 a year
