• Analyze test results and create individualized treatment plans

• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques
• Provide guidance on in-home care and long-term wellness strategies
• Educate patients and families about health promotion and physical wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions
• Comply with regulatory and organizational policies and procedures
