Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish).

This is a fully remote position aimed at candidates based in LATAM.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
• Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and online tools.

• Schedule Options:
• Part-time Mornings: Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 2 PM (Argentina Time)
• Part-time Evenings: Monday-Saturday, 2 PM - 7 PM (Argentina Time)
• Compensation:
• $600 USD gross per month (paid via Payoneer on a monthly basis).
