Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Manager to support grants and contracts compliance within a research administration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award and post-award activities, including proposal preparation, budget reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Coordinate and oversee a complex portfolio of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with institutional and federal regulations
• Supervise other grants and contracts personnel and provide guidance on compliance and administrative requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three years of relevant grants and contracts experience
• Successful completion of Research Administration Academy (RAA) and Advanced Grants Management (AGM) training required
• Experience in a university setting preferred
• Research or grants education and/or certification preferred
