Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Transform Lives in Addiction Medicine | Hillsborough, CA

• Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year + benefits
• Schedule: Full-time

• Patient Volume: 16-20 patients a day

Key Duties:

• Review patient histories, including substance use patterns and lab results, to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Use CIWA and COWS withdrawal scales to ensure safe and effective care.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT, under physician supervision.
• Monitor for signs of medical or psychiatric deterioration, intervening as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled care team, including nurses, physicians, and behavioral health professionals.
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to other healthcare team members.
• Support facility operations to ensure a safe, structured, and professional environment.

Qualifications:

• California PA or NP license
• MSN degree (for NPs) with board certification (FNP, ANP, PMHNP)
• DEA license, NPI number, and Board of Pharmacy License
