Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Follow-Up Specialist to help nurture potential clients for our health counseling services. Your primary role will be to conduct follow-up calls with leads to determine their continued interest, answer basic inquiries, and encourage next steps toward a consultation or enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads who have previously shown interest in health counseling.
- Confirm whether prospects are still interested and provide relevant information about our services.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, statuses, and feedback in the CRM.
- Identify and address any objections or hesitations from potential clients.
- Schedule consultations or connect interested leads with the appropriate counselor.
- Send follow-up emails or text messages as needed to keep leads engaged.
- Collaborate with the sales or counseling team to optimize lead nurturing strategies.
- Meet daily or weekly follow-up targets to maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the health & wellness or counseling industry).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a warm, professional, and persuasive tone.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and follow-up tracking.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Experience in health counseling, wellness coaching, or healthcare-related fields.
