Cold caller for a marketing agency website sales

Global Pacific Support is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our marketing agency and help drive sales for our website solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating interest in our services by effectively communicating their benefits. This position is crucial in connecting with businesses that need to enhance their online presence through our website offerings.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our website development and design services.
• Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs and present suitable marketing solutions.
• Utilize scripts and marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services to clients.

• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
