Centralized Digital Order Processor (Monday to Friday 11:00am to 7:30pm)

Essential Functions:
  • Processes digital orders once electronic files are received via designated systems.  
  • Verifies digital prescription product and information such as implant material, system, and size.
  • Reviews dental restoration designs for possible milling issues; determines if digital design is suitable for milling.
  • Generates computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) outputs for digital dental restoration cases.
  • Logs dental restoration cases into order tracking system and other applicable systems.  
  • Assists internal customers with design issues or questions.
  • Imports digital dental restoration cases into appropriate system.
  • Reviews modeless scans for digital case systems via designated systems.  
  • Converts dental scans from one format to another as necessary.
  • Repairs CAD files that cannot be imported due to improper scans or return errors.
  • Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); adheres to SOPs while executing duties.
  • Notifies Supervisor/Manager regarding any issues with incoming/outbound cases; asks questions as necessary to complete duties.
  • Understands production requirements and quality standards of position.
  • Locates and corrects errors related to orders; asks for assistance when needed.   
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. 
 
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Forman education in the field of Information Technology or Dental Technology preferred. 
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in phone-based customer support a plus.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in dental industry a plus.
 
Special Requirements/Certification:
  • Basic CDOP Training. 
  Pay Range: $17.00
