Job Summary

A company is looking for a GL Accountant to manage financial records and support month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and balance sheet accounts, addressing discrepancies promptly
• Assist in external and internal audits and provide backup support for accounts payable and billing functions

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Business
• 3+ years of general ledger experience
• Experience in a Professional or Managed Services environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics SL, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, or NetSuite
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
