WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to support our CPO/COO in empowering business growth and driving organizational efficiency. If you’re passionate about project management, execution, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. As this is a first time hire at Getsafe, this is a unique opportunity to work on business and organizational topics. 

YOUR MISSION:

As a key player in our team, you will work directly with our CPO/COO, tackling strategic initiatives across:

• Business Growth: Help build and structure our brand team, collaborate with influencers, and drive discovery topics to scale our business.
• Organizational Efficiency: Optimize our tool landscape, lead SaaS and partnership projects.
• Simplicity: Work to enhance internal communications. 

Your role will be hands-on, fast-moving, and highly impactful, contributing directly to Getsafe’s success.

ABOUT YOU:

• Business School background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Passionate about project management, data and execution whilst having first experience in consulting, scale-ups, or banking
• A demonstrated extra mile in your profile (e.g., scholarships, special achievements)
• Based in Berlin or open to relocating
• Fluent in German and English
