Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative for Patient Billing and Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collections in a professional manner
• Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements as needed
• Research and resolve patient complaints and inquiries, documenting all actions taken

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
• Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions including insurance billing and collections
• Proficiency in personal computer programs necessary for job duties
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines
