💎 The Opportunity: We're seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant/Customer Support Specialist to join our growing youth soccer training company. You'll be the organizational backbone of our operation, managing client communications, supporting our coaching staff, and ensuring our founder can focus on business growth. This role combines customer service excellence with executive support in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

• Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month (based on experience)
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST
• Experience: At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Customer Support

Success means our clients always know where to go, our coaches are properly supported, and our founder can focus on strategic growth.

You're a Detail-Oriented Scheduler:

• You maintain meticulous attention to complex scheduling systems
• You ensure clients and coaches arrive at the right locations at the right times
• You anticipate scheduling conflicts before they occur
• You communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly

You're a Bilingual Communication Expert:

• You communicate fluently in both Spanish and English
• You adapt your communication style to different stakeholders
• You respond promptly to client inquiries across multiple channels
• You maintain professionalism while building rapport

You're a Digital Organization Specialist:

• You create intuitive organizational systems in Google Drive
• You manage email inboxes with efficiency and clarity
• You implement simple but effective processes
• You maintain digital communities with consistent engagement

• You anticipate issues before they impact clients or coaches
• You take initiative to improve existing processes
