Position Responsibilities

• Secure high-quality entertainment, from chart-topping artists to standout comedians and unique touring acts.
• Negotiate offers, contracts and fees with agents, managers and tour reps.
• Maintain strong relationships with promoters, talent agencies and industry insiders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, box office and production efforts for each show.
• Keep your finger on the pulse – track industry trends, scout emerging talent and fill the calendar with exciting, strategic bookings.
• Represent the theater at shows and events, building rapport with artists and their teams.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a booking manager, securing talent in a live entertainment setting.
• A skilled negotiator with excellent communication and industry know-how.
• A solid network of contacts in music, comedy and entertainment is preferred.
