Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Ruby and Ruby testing frameworks
• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-powered testing/coding solutions in Ruby projects
• Code review experience is essential
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
