You will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients by efficiently managing high volumes of phone calls and emails. This position requires a team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong active listening abilities, and a talent for handling irate or challenging customers with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, adaptable to various personalities, and skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and time management. Responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries, accurately identifying and addressing customer needs, transferring calls as needed, and providing clear, complete information using the appropriate tools.
Responsibilities:
- Quick response to customers by answering calls and emails.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Transferring calls to the right parties
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT -5-00) Eastern Time (US & Canada), Bogota, Lima.
