Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tactical Footwear Designer on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on 2-3 new projects from concept to completion, focusing on outdoor and performance-driven footwear
• Develop concepts, sketches, and detailed technical drawings that align with the project brief and brand vision
• Collaborate with the in-house development team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a footwear designer with a portfolio in industrial/professional and tactical footwear
• Deep understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software
