A company is looking for a Freelancer Proofer (Document Formatting Specialist) to support the final stage of document production.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the final output of translated documents for layout and formatting
• Ensure documents adhere to the client's style guide and deliver polished PDF files
• Work independently while meeting tight deadlines and managing same-day delivery projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Document Formatting
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to follow complex instructions and use internal reference materials
• Strong commitment to quality
• Knowledge of XTRF is a plus
