Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Creative Director to lead and execute innovative projects across various client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative ideation, storytelling, and execution across experiential campaigns and branded environments
• Translate brand goals and strategic insights into clear creative direction and visual narratives
• Direct and mentor designers, art directors, writers, and freelancers throughout the creative process

Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within experiential or advertising agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptually driven, visually compelling work across live experiences and campaigns
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from ideation through execution
• Deep understanding of design trends, pop culture, and audience behavior
• Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Google Slides
