Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global consolidation of financial results across all business units and regions
• Own the annual budget, monthly forecast, and variance analysis processes
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages with performance insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in multinational companies
• Strong knowledge of IFRS revenue and cost accounting
• Experience managing global financial consolidations and budget processes
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial modeling tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus
