What we are looking for:
As a QC/IO Specialist, you will be joining an innovative generative AI startup changing the future of filmmaking. The QC Specialist will report to the QC Supervisor, working closely with Production, and I/O teams. The QC/IO Specialist will be responsible for monitoring quality and delivery of localization and immersive video dubbing solutions across feature films, episodic series, and commercial content. This role involves thorough project review processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables meet technical standards, enabling the secure and efficient transfer of assets between clients, partners, and our studio, while adhering to established pipelines and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various NLEs and mastering systems, QC processes and procedures for post mastering workflows, be adept at using various data transfer tools and familiar with TPN Protocols and specifications. As a Flawless team member, clear, concise, and constant communication is paramount to the success of our production ability. This person must be able to work effectively and efficiently with our cross-functional teams in both the US and UK locations. Our interview process is three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:
Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)
Team Interview: 45-60 minutes digging into your past experience. Primarily asking you to talk through your past work and experience within the industry.
Hiring Manager / Behavioral: 60 minutes onsite with our HM. Discussing how you work and how you have approached different experiences in the past. We want to make sure that our environment will be right for you and that you will enjoy working here.
