In this role, you will manage recruitment efforts across multiple entities, handling an average of 15 requisitions at any given time. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that top talent is hired efficiently and effectively. You will go beyond filling immediate vacancies; you will focus on building a long-term pipeline of qualified candidates to reduce our time-to-fill and ensure we hire the best people for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage Multiple Requisitions: Oversee up to an average of 15 open requisitions concurrently, ensuring each hiring process is progressing smoothly and candidates are being moved through the interview process in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers and department heads across multiple entities to understand specific hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines for each role.
- Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, internal referrals, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the position.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Manage Candidate Pipeline: Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and assist candidates with the negotiation process, ensuring the offer aligns with company policies and candidate expectations.
- Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Maintain Candidate Relationships: Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the process to enhance their experience and maintain a positive company image.
- Adhere to Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications:- Experience recruiting across different industries (blue-collar industry experience preferred).
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment for each role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple entities and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to use discernment through the sourcing and screening process.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
