Fire Protection Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Integration Engineer to support fire protection systems for nuclear plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to consolidate fire hazard analysis and design documentation
• Establish and ensure adherence to fire protection licensing and code requirements
• Develop and review fire protection design bases considering extreme fire hazards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; higher degrees are a plus
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fire protection design and analysis
• Experience in developing and implementing Fire Protection Programs
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-discipline and multi-organization design integration
• Experience working in compliance with quality standards (e.g., ASME NQA-1, ISO 9001)
