Job Summary

A company is looking for a Divisional Director, Advisory Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads a team of Wealth Advisor Consultants to build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, focusing on retention and organic growth
  • Identifies key trends and collaborates with internal teams to provide informed solutions for partner firms
  • Develops and implements territory management and advisor segmentation strategies to optimize client-value understanding
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred university degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience required; 7+ years preferred
  • FINRA Registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, Series 24
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Ability to manage team performance and lead learning opportunities
