Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Health Plan Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process capitation revenue and ensure payment integrity and validation
• Provide accurate reporting for management to support key business decisions
• Assist with month-end close and SOX audits while maintaining organized documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or IT related field
• Experience working with large data sets and proficiency in SQL
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills
