Position Overview

The Veterinary Referral Coordinator serves as the liaison between Fetch’s team of doctors and our referral partners. This key role combines exceptional guest service, a concierge-like approach, and detailed organizational skills to enhance the experience of our referring community. The Coordinator ensures a seamless referral process, providing personalized support to veterinarians, guests, and their beloved pets.

Key Responsibilities

• Referring Veterinarian Liaison:
• Serve as the main point of contact for referring veterinarians and their teams.
• Direct cases to the appropriate services and address questions or concerns.
• Medical Record Management:
• Review medical records from referring teams to ensure all necessary information is included.
• Audit and ensure completeness of medical records.
• Create and send clinical summaries to referring doctors.
• Community Engagement:
• Foster relationships with the veterinary community by identifying and addressing their needs.
• Partner with the marketing team to organize veterinary education events for our referral partners and their teams.
• Guest Coordination:
• Facilitate pre-appointment communication with new guests to provide a welcoming experience.
• Personally greet and onboard new guests during their first visit.
• Conduct follow-ups after visits or hospitalization.

This position requires a minimum of two years experience in the animal health field, with experience in a referral-setting preferred.
