Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, serving clients throughout the Denver metro area.
In this role, you’ll support customers with their insurance needs—both in person and over the phone—by assisting with policy questions, processing updates, and ensuring every client has a smooth, positive service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing, changes, and general account support
- Process renewals, coverage updates, and service-related requests
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person (if applicable)
- Work with internal teams to resolve more complex service issues
- Stay current with company guidelines and basic underwriting principles

Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (study materials provided by Farmers at no cost)
- 1–2 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred - but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (handling 50-100) calls daily
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Familiar with basic Microsoft computer applications and data entry
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly encouraged to apply
