Join a well-established and growing private equity firm in the Kansas City area as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where you will lead the development and enhancement of data visualization dashboards to drive strategic insights and operational excellence.

• Complete ownership: Full responsibility for developing and expanding the business intelligence dashboards.

Hiring Priorities:
• SQL Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• PowerBI Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and manage dashboards using PowerBI.
• Data Visualization Focus: Proven track record in creating impactful data visualizations and centralized dashboards integrating multiple data sources.
Preferred Experience:
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with finance, marketing, and operations teams to develop business intelligence solutions.
• Data Warehouse Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and working with integrated data from various platforms.
• Manufacturing or Professional Services Industry: Background in manufacturing, industrials, or professional services sectors is advantageous.

• Develop and maintain data visualizations: Create and enhance PowerBI dashboards to provide clear insights into operational and financial KPIs across multiple business units.
• Data integration and management: Aggregate data from various sources such as Intacct, Google Analytics, and Pyalocity, ensuring accurate and centralized data storage and access.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams: Serve as the primary liaison with the external analytics partner, coordinating data needs and leveraging their SQL expertise to support dashboard development.
• Dashboard validation and continuous improvement: Regularly validate dashboard data accuracy, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements to improve usability and business impact.
• Cross-functional project support: Work closely with finance, procurement, marketing, and operations teams to align BI solutions with business objectives and support decision-making processes.
