Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director of ACS Workforce Planning & Optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain staffing models, shift schedules, and coverage strategies for case-review-driven work
  • Ensure staffing coverage meets compliance requirements and proactively identify SLA risks
  • Lead evaluation and deployment of workforce management technologies for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 10-15 years of experience in workforce or operations planning within a regulated environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams managing non-phone-based workloads in compliance-sensitive operations
  • Strong background in healthcare operations with familiarity in CME regulations
  • Experience implementing and optimizing workforce management systems
  • Expertise in KPI reporting and performance-based planning
