Business Intelligence Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into BI platforms.
• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BI specialists and data analysts to optimize data models and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data accuracy.
• Create and maintain documentation and user guides for BI solutions.

What we are looking for:

·       Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience in data extraction, transformation, preparation processes, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with programming languages like R or Python is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological trends.
