• Support the analytical testing for process development and quality control
• Execute Mass Spectrometry experiments and perform comprehensive data analysis
• Prepare buffers, set up equipment, perform sterilization procedures, conduct sampling, and clean systems according to standard operating procedures
• Document laboratory activities electronically and enter process data into databases with accuracy and attention to detail
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with maintenance teams for major issues
• Adhere to safe laboratory practices and maintain the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe manner
• Develop and optimize Mass Spectrometry methods for various analytical applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects
• Assist in the validation and qualification of Mass Spectrometry instruments and methods
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, standard operating procedures, and analytical protocols
• Participate in laboratory safety training and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, and initiate reordering when necessary
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Mass Spectrometry techniques

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field
• GXP related laboratory experience or knowledge
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LC-MS execution and mass spectrometry data analysis
• Excellent communication skills with ability to author technical reports
• Self-motivated team player with adaptability and a positive attitude

Position is first shift, full-time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
