About the Role:
Eudia is transforming how the $1T legal industry operates, and we’re building our go-to-market (GTM) engine to match that ambition. As Chief of Staff to our Head of GTM & Revenue, you’ll have a front-row seat to building and scaling a modern business organization inside a high-growth AI company.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role with exposure across the entire GTM landscape: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partnerships. You’ll lead critical cross-functional initiatives, help align teams around top priorities, and ensure we’re executing with precision across the funnel.
You’ll also work closely with the executive team—getting direct mentorship and insight into how leadership sets direction, makes decisions, and grows a category-defining company. From high-impact client interactions to internal leadership planning, you’ll be a key force in how we drive revenue and scale our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of GTM & Revenue, helping drive alignment and execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partnerships
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects end-to-end, owning planning, execution, and follow-through
- Work closely with the executive team - learning how high-functioning leadership teams operate, make strategic bets, and build company culture
- Manage day-to-day GTM operations including weekly pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and QBR preparation
- Step into meetings on behalf of the Head of GTM & Revenue, capturing insights and tracking next steps
- Gain direct exposure to customer meetings and key stakeholder discussions, helping translate strategy into execution
- Prepare internal and external communications, including client updates, and board materials related to revenue strategy
- Support planning and goal-setting processes, ensuring alignment across the GTM leadership team
- Manage the calendar, travel, and time prioritization for the Head of GTM & Revenue
- Serve as a trusted partner to spot gaps, raise issues early, and help drive decisions based on data and strategic priorities
Qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of business acumen
- Proven ability to manage and drive complex, cross-functional projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize and present information clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interfacing with executives, both internally and externally
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
$130,000 - $160,000 a year
