Position Summary

The PRECISION Business Development team is responsible for driving B2B sales initiatives, promoting PRECISION within the travel industry, and supporting the go-to-market strategy. 

PRECISION is a unique fraud prevention solution with a 100% travel DNA—built from travel to serve the travel industry. PRECISION does the heavy lifting by delivering a straightforward decision with a unique 360° approach which results in lower costs, more sales, and a smooth customer experience—so merchants can focus on growing their business. 

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Development Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of business growth activities. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various activities related to the overall business development process.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Business Development of PRECISION and it is based in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business development team in managing and nurturing client relationships. Schedule meetings, follow-up calls, and assist with communications to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Maintain and update lead lists and contact databases.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of client proposals, presentations, and other business development materials. Ensure all documents are clear, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Actively participate in client meetings to take notes, provide support, and ensure that all client needs and questions are addressed. Assist in presenting information when appropriate, and follow up with action items and deliverables post-meeting.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, industry developments, and potential competitors. Provide insights that help shape strategies for new business and client acquisition.
  • Assist in participating in  business development events, conferences, or networking activities. Ensure all logistics are managed and run smoothly.
  • Track business development metrics and provide regular updates on progress. Assist with creating reports on lead generation, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role (experience in Payments, Travel, or Fraud Prevention is a plus)
  • Proven track record of identifying, building, and managing successful relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Very strong communication skills, can-do approach & excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service
