Our client โ a cutting-edge edtech company using AI to revolutionize how learning is assessed โ is on the lookout for an experienced and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join their US team.
This is a strategic CSM role focused on partnering with K-12 schools and districts (especially in TX, CA, FL, and other key states), helping them get the most value from the platform, drive adoption, and ensure long-term success.
What youโll be doing:

Building and managing relationships with school and district leaders
โ
Leading onboarding, training, and rollout processes for new customers
โ
Acting as a trusted advisor, helping educators integrate the product into everyday practice
โ
Proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and delivering value throughout the customer journey
โ
Collaborating closely with product, sales, and support teams to elevate the customer experience
โ
Driving renewals and expansion opportunities within your portfolio
What weโre looking for:
โจ 5+ years of customer success experience in the edtech space
โจ Proven track record working with K-12 schools and districts in Texas, California, Florida, or similar states
โจ Deep understanding of education systems, district priorities, and the challenges educators face
โจ Strong communication and presentation skills โ both 1:1 and with larger stakeholder groups
โจ Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
โจ Passionate about education, technology, and helping others succeed
