Epic Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Release Manager to lead software releases for Epic applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and gain approval for Epic Upgrade calendars and coordinate all Health Plan Epic upgrades and monthly build releases
• Educate teams on build policies and procedures while participating in various workgroups and councils
• Ensure compliance auditing for Health Plan Epic builds and coordinate release management support with digital teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of eight years of experience in information systems, preferably in healthcare
• Direct experience in application support services, environment, and release management
• Ability to plan and manage projects, resources, and timelines effectively
• Experience in clinical and health plan system management and application support
