Key Responsibilities

• Automate and accelerate client launches to enhance the onboarding experience
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and streamline process bottlenecks
• Develop robust integrations between products, business systems, and third-party data sources

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in React
• 1+ years of backend development experience (preferably Ruby on Rails and/or Python)
• Experience in a small startup environment (1-20 engineers)
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Intuition for good design
