Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate project goals and criteria that align with enterprise strategy
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Provide regular project updates and presentations to senior executives and facilitate stakeholder alignment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in enterprise project management within a complex, cross-functional environment
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives involving financial platforms
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
