Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support its largest and most strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers for seamless onboarding and implementation
  • Build and execute account strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and retention of customers
  • Develop executive-level relationships and deliver impactful business reviews to ensure long-term success


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customers
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams
  • Bonus: Experience in the identity or security space, or in high-growth startup environments
