A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to facilitate patient enrollment in their program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist prospective patients interested in care
• Guide patients through the enrollment process using a patient-centered approach

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role
• Comfortable with phone outreach, including cold calls and follow-ups
• Technical savvy and able to navigate a remote-first work environment
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup setting
• Data-minded with the ability to track outreach and enrollment outcomes
