ABOUT THE ROLE
The Executive Operations Internship is an intensive apprenticeship inside the Executive Office of Enhanced. You will train directly under the President and Chief of Staff, executing mission-critical operations while learning the internal mechanics of a high-performance startup redefining global sport.
Interns who excel will be eligible for conversion to full-time employees of Enhanced.
This is an opportunity for a motivated and ambitious recent graduate with a proven track record of academic excellence and entrepreneurship to receive training and exposure in a high-pressure environment.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Apprenticeship and Training Development
Under the direct supervision of the President’s Chief of Staff, you will be accountable for:
Absorbing and applying best practices in operational management, communications, and stakeholder relations.
Preparing briefing materials, decks, and reports that meet executive office standards.
Demonstrating mastery of Enhanced’s asynchronous, systems-first operational culture and acting as a role model for future cohorts.
2. Operational Execution and Departmental Support
Responsible for executing high-priority tasks that support the Executive Office, ensuring operational excellence across departments.
This includes:
Basic calendaring and general administrative support.
Managing executive communications, including inbox triage, scheduling, and preparation for meetings.
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver on time-sensitive projects, from budgeting and supplier liaison to conference planning and cross-functional initiatives.
Driving the execution of strategic objectives by supporting departmental heads as a core implementer.
3. Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement
Responsible for fostering effective communication between the executive office, department heads, and external partners.
This includes:
Managing and advancing supplier and partner relationships, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with Enhanced’s strategic goals.
Preparing and delivering status updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership, demonstrating clear insight and a bias for action.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
Powerful ability to communicate, both verbally and in written format.
Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
At least one example of extreme outlier performance outside of academia.
Strong understanding of organizational governance, financial oversight, and operational management.
Ideally, a background in finance, start-ups or sports.
Must-Have Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America without sponsorship.
Must be willing to work from Enhanced’s New York City office five days a week.
